I would suggest telling them you don't have an exact date, but that you are
aware of a few neighbors have recently had roofs replaced with insurance
claims. The two that I mentioned in my last email were both hail damage
claims.

I had my roof replaced in 2000. That was the last hailstorm that caused
enough damage for insurance purposes.
