They were doing some kind of repair work late last night on Vassal while I was
walking my dog between 9-10 -- a very strong stream of water was gushing down
the street... sorry you all had to experience that!

Yes. It's down to a trickle. They are probably fixed yet another leaking
pipe under the street. Terrible infrastructure.
They used to tell us, now I guess they think we will know it's an ongoing
possibility.
