In the off chance that the resident who uses 3-1-1 to file false claims for
Code Enforcement to investigate, is in this email loop, I’ll briefly share the
following. Regardless of the platform you use to file a false claim, once APD
is involved, digital footprints can be followed.
When you knowingly file a false claim, it is harassment and grounds for APD to
initiate an investigation which could lead to criminal prosecution.
