Hi All,
Two toilets in my house (9101 Collingwood Dr.) have voluntarily filled
(maybe a little too high) after using pool water to flush them for a few
days. I heard that a neighbor's water is on. Bill and I need to
grocery-shop now. When we come back, we'll follow the instructions for
turning water on and will let you know. Hope is high!

Moving forward:
If you are able to pick up your own water, please see the list of
resources below. If you will need continued delivery for whatever reason,
let us know and we will ensure delivery to your door.
Whether you are picking up or receiving a delivery, please provide your
own containers. Coolers, buckets, pots, large mason jars, reusable water
bottles--these will all work. If you are transporting, make sure your
containers have lids to prevent spillage in your vehicle. If you’re just
plain out of receptacles, let us know and we’ll work to provide you with
something.

We’re not sure when the city will be able to restore water. It could be a
few days or more, based on current reports. Until then, we will continue to
