@ Labrom I'm gonna repeat it to you again !!! in the Haitian political
system the president is sovereign he makes decisions that pleased him, I
am not going far with you to make you understand that dear Labrom, in
the last past 30 years of politics in Haiti, I'm just gonna give you a
few examples bellow...please dear Labrom do me the favor to read
carefully the bellow points that I have carefully numbered for you with
their references and I'll see if you'll still have arguments to
contradict the truth.
here are some decisions that president Martelly made with no obstruction
of the Haitian parliament :
1) October 28, 2015 Martelly decree: Ministers and State Secretaries
will receive between $ 40,000 and $ 50,000 at their departure.{Le
nouvelliste}
2) In the Council of Ministers on October 9 2015, the head of state
(Michel J. Martelly) and the government of Evans Paul adopted the
"decree on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Defense"
which officially remobilized the Haitian Armed Forces, demobilized in
1994.{Le nouvelliste}
3) Several human rights organizations criticize the decision taken by
Haitian President Michel Martelly, together with the government Evans
Paul, to create by decree five new municipalities in the country,
without consulting other sectors of national life.{Alter Press}
And Labrom I don't tell you about the decree that Martelly took in order
to withdraw 1.50 $ on each transfer money coming from abroad to Haiti
the Haitian parliament couldn't do nothing to stop the sovereign majesty
Martelly..so do you feel me now Labrom ?
