[contestms] Interpreting the evaluation time

Hi,

I wanted to set the time-limit of a particular program based on the
standard completion time in a server. I could see that Evaluation seen by
user is N/A. and the other evaluation carries two times. Can anyone please
explain how to interpret the actual execution time? BTW, its a batch type
task.
