Hola! Feels good coming back to the regular schedule!
Thanks to Minwei Xu for *translating CMS* to (simplified) Chinese! We are
getting closer to 1.3, if you want to update or create a new translation

Apart from this, not much went in the master branch, just a few bugfixes.
The main ES-performance-patch <https://github.com/cms-dev/cms/pull/525> is
still under review, but in addition to that we have another one
<https://github.com/cms-dev/cms/pull/532> *reorganizing the forms to edit
contests and tasks*, which should hopefully be more clear - especially
because this PR adds also inline explanations on the meaning of the fields.
Works to merge *real Java support* (with a JVM, not with gcj) started. The
first step is to move our language support from "intertwined in several
places of the codebase" to a better organized plugin system (similar to
task and score types). This should also make it easier to add new languages
or change command line options.
