Something in a suite of Studio 9 I think does. Who knows if it is good.

         As far as I know, vocals can't be stripped from a song unless you have 
the actual multi-track master tapes.  If you do, you simply have to recopy the 
multi-track tape and make mix (stereo or mono, as you wish) but completely drop 
the vocals from the mix.
         I've been trying to kill vocals from a certain untalented female 
singer's early albums because of her hubby's great guitar work (which is all I 
want, along with the rest of the band, of course), but, even though some of my 
recording devices on the computer claim they can do this, they only make the 
entire recording sound very thin and tiny.
