[CTS] networking

Hi:

I have networked 2 computers- using  DLink Air Plus  Xtreme Wireless Router - 
with adapter card --   both working okay --- how can I see the other computer - 
so I can transfer my files ?   I used to know but I forgot--  would someone 
refresh my memory  and tell me  what to do please ?  Thank you so much-- Jackie
