I would have seriously considered this, but I thought he had been abducted, or
had simply left the building.
This is not my personal web site; this is an organization web site that I
maintain. The host, ipowerweb ( a name I hope to see in hell, the
scum-sucking...) umm, let the domain name expire without telling me. Now, I
have left them and signed up with 1and1.com. I have 1and1 for another site,
and had no problems.
Part of this is my fault for allowing ipowerlessweb to control the domain
name. I should have done that myself.
Meanwhile, it cost $80 (to get the domain out of limbo) and a new signup, $30
to get this started. And, I the site will be down for a minimum of two days.
Looking back I wish I had just let it go until it expired in November, and
then registered it.
