[CTS] Re: Release Notes for Internet Explorer 7/Help

I've already checked this site out..as I said..I've done just about
everything I can think of to find the reason behind my inability to install
this
stupid thing. I will recheck this page again tho..in case I missed
something..but I did most of what they said..and never found the things they
said might
indicate the problem..aaaaarrrrrgh!
