What does FUBAR mean? I have the latest version and it is not messed up for
me. Maybe you have a corrupt install? Go to the control panel, add/remove,
remove IE but when the meny pops up, select repair.

Try getting Outlook Express 6.0 SP1, you can download it without installing
WinXP SP1 at www.microsoft.com/ie after you have OE 6 SP1, download this:
