[CTS] Jerky typing...Incredimail..AOL (a little)

Hi all..I'm having a problem with Incredimail..and wondered if anyone here
might have some ideas..I also see it a bit with AOL..not as bad tho.
When I type an email..the cursor jerks in fits and starts..I'll type a word
and a second later the word appears..but not as I type.
Any ideas??? I found that there were two copies of Incredimail running in
MSCONFIG..unchecked one..and thought that was the problem..but it's back again
today..and I checked msconfig and only one is listed.
For the life of me..I can't figure out what's causing the jerky typing.
