[CTS] Error installing MS Optical Trackball Mouse

HELP!!!!!! I've tried everything..but I can't get this mouse to
install..these are the error messages I get..as you see it comes up with
different numbered temp files everytime I try to install it..I've tried
everything. Any ideas!! I've tried running every setup/install exe. in the
cd..I've tried emptying my temp file..I went to the MS mouse site..d/l'd
their online install package..nada..same thing happens..the below error
messages.
