Thanks everyone. Charles, this looks like a winner. Seems it does everything I did manually. Too bad I do not have the time to download all the security fixs and updates after SP2 and put them in.

Not only can you add drivers, you can also remove some of the useless
stuff from the install.

ISOBuster to extract the MicrosoftBoot.img.

I though there was trick with special way to download these drivers from
dell, extract them, stick them somewhere in the XP folder write a inf or
something?
