I am working on getting MSN Sync to work with Outlook 2003 and MSN 9.
Supposidly it is only Outlook 2002, and support said to use Outlook Connector
which does not sync. But I am working on it as we speak.

Yes, There are beta testers in Canada. I see no issues with you connaction. I
use it at work (Have not tried the video, did sign up at home) with no issues.
160k/128k ADSL (Supposed to be 380k/128k). I would assume the video would
handle the same as it is WMV. So give a site like http://movies.yahoo.com watch
a trailer, select Win Media Player and try 300k. It plays well most of the time
on mine and chokes here and there. Which can be expected because I selected
300k on a 160k connection. (Note I was not useing MSN at the time.)
