Check www.soundblaster.com for any other drivers as they may have a 
couple clues for you on that one.

As far as the keyboard...hmmm (from what I recall, the @ sign and the " 
are swapped on a Commodore 64/128 keyboard)

But seriously, maybe you need to hit Safe Mode and remove the Keyboard 
listing and see if it corrects that way once it reloads it.
