It sounds like the iso should be an image of a bootable cd.  It should =
be
just a matter of getting burning software that can burn a cd from an iso
image.  If the iso image is not a bootable cd, than it becomes a little =
more
complex.  You would need to extract the iso image to a hard disk which =
would
create all of the files that actually reside on the cd and create the =
files
required to make it a bootable cd.  Which is what it sounds like ISO =
Buster
would do.  If it is Live SUSE cd your trying to create, it should just
require a cd burning software like Nero that can burn a cd from an iso
image.
