Good morning, This question may have been addressed to this list in the past, but as I am a recent subscriber I would appreciate your input. We've noticed that when we review a student's appointments and point of contact interactions that the order those are sorted in is somewhat peculiar. While it does sort them by date, in cases where more than one meeting has occurred on the same date result in a bit more chaotic ordering. As best as I can make out it is sorting them first by date, then by the ID number of the "show time as" dropdown that is selected, and then by something else I've not entirely determined. I'm wondering if anyone else has found a solution or workaround for this, or if any other organization out there has also requested that this be addressed. Secondly, a more general question, what has everyone's experience been like when interacting with Techno Pro, especially concerning bug fixes and feature requests? I welcome your responses.
