[citw150] CITW 150 L3 Q4..hurricane scam

In this scam it was internet site asking you to donate money for the hurricane
relief funds when really they were fake and the people making the sites
pocketed all the money. If you ask me i think thats its really sad people are
doing that and benifiting off others misfortunes.
