The U.S. Fire Administration has received notice of the following
firefighter fatality:

Date of Death: 12/14/2004
Fire Department Name: Hydetown Volunteer Fire Department
Fire Department Address: PO Box 648, Hydetown, PA 16354

Cause of Death: Firefighter Dunlap collapsed at home after responding to
numerous fire calls.
Viewing Arrangements: Thursday, December 16, 2004 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
at the Gordon Garrett Funeral Home, 303 North Washington Street,
Titusville, PA 16354. There will be a Firefighter Memorial Service
Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. at the Gordon Garrett Funeral Home.
Funeral Arrangements: A full honors funeral will be held at the Free
Methodist Church at 42490 Highway 27, Titusville, PA on Friday, December
17, 2004
