Tribune-Star staff report February 12, 2004 A van-train collision in Clay County sent a Clay City man to the hospital Wednesday evening. Anthony Cazee, 32, was driving eastbound on County Road 1400 about 6:50 p.m. and failed to yield to a southbound train at a crossing near Indiana 159, police said. Cazee suffered back and neck pain and facial lacerations and was taken to Sullivan County Hospital, a police report indicates. His condition could not be determined late Wednesday. Cazee had a blood-alcohol content of 0.13 percent, which is above the state's legal limit of 0.08. He was arrested by State Police for allegedly driving while intoxicated. A child passenger in the van was not injured, police reported. Sean A.
