Hi everyone,

We had a record turnout at our last meeting which was great, a big thank
you to David and Tracy. We enjoyed the tour and are supremely jealous
of the animal exhibits you have!

As you know William has moved on to greener pastures and I have
volunteered to organise our meetings in his place. A big thank you too
to William who did a great job of running the meetings over the last 12+
months.

I have had some feedback about the 3pm on 3rd Friday of the month
timeslot and am open to hear what days/times would suit the group. If
you have a preference for a particular day/time of the month, please
reply with you suggestion. I'll then use this to map out the course of
meeting for the rest of this year. I am also conscious of month-end
activities that various people are involved in, so earlier in the month
might be a better choice.

I would also like to ask for prospective hosts for the meetings. Whilst
we won't see Peter Mac as the default meeting place anymore, I would to
include in the roster a different setting each time (if possible). It
is great to see how other hospitals look and feel and a change of scene
every month is a good thing. Even having 3 or 4 that would could rotate
through would be great. Offers to host in a regional setting are also
welcome, however it would be logistically difficult to attend for some.

Also, it definitely feels like Winter has already hit Victoria, but it
officially doesn't start until this Saturday. Rug up people and let the
ABF and NSQHS keep you warm at night! And unlike the reference to the
Game of Thrones books/series, this Winter will only last for 3 months.

Cheers,
