Is it possible to write an Audio Disc at Once? In my copy of CD Burn, the option is greyed out (writing to an internal IDE drive on an RPC)?

I'd like to write an audio CD without the gaps between tracks and I think it's DAO that's needed.

You need a recent version of CDBurn and probably a correctly
configured driver file. Look inside !CDBurn for a dir called "Drivers"
and make sure that the loaded driver file (shown in the Writer part of
the Settings dialogue) starts with the following lines:

Grrrr!

Before I upgraded to v1.61 I used to be able to write discs but now CD-Burn just tells me "Tray is out" all the time.

So I thought, perhaps it's a driver thing. When I open the configure dialogue, it tells me I have a device "IDE:1 TEAC CD-W524E".

According to http://www.huber-net.de/cdburn/howto.txt, drivers are in !CDBurn.Drivers directory and I should be interested in the "Acorn" subdirectory "for Risc PC and A7000(+) internal interface (IDE)".

I copied "Default" and called it "TEACCD-W524E" and restarted CDBurn - but it tells me the drive in use is "Default".

I've tried putting the drive in the IDE and IDE.Acorn directories, but to not avail.

Can anybody suggest why (a) CDBurn no longer recognises my drive, (b) how to get it to recognise my drive and (c) what I'm doing wrong with the driver setup?

Thanks,
James

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks,
James
