[cas_announce] Traffic Pattern Change

If you are traveling to the CAS. Headquarters from
the North or the West, the traffic pattern around
Rybolt Road, Harrison and I74 Exit 11 has changed.
Until further notice: the Northern 500 feet of
Rybolt Road from where it connects with Harrison
Ave will now be renamed Old Rybolt Road.
Old Rybolt Road will be ONE WAY Northbound to Harrison Ave
from the I74 Eastbound off ramp.
The Northern part of Hearne Rd where it connects with Harrison
Ave will now be renamed Rybolt Road. Approximatively 600 Feet
of new pavement has been laid between Hearne and Rybolt roads.
To travel Southbound as before from Harrison, you have
to turn Southbound at Rybolt Road (was Hearne Rd.) across from
the Meijer Shoping Center, instead of from the I74 / Old Rybolt
Rd. / Harrison Ave interchange.
