[Civil Air Patrol] Airport Gate Keys

Keys to the gate at the airport require a $25 deposit. Deposit will be
refunded when key is returned. If keys are lost, the deposit goes up to $50
for a second key. We'll need to order keys from the airport authority so
all who need a key please respond.
