<CT> big drive/dual boot?

Help!
I'm currently running Win 3.11 with three drives configured as 6
logical drives. What I'd like to do is take advantage of the current
crop of cheap drives [i.e. 20gig @ $50] to configure a 20gig with 6
2gig Win3.1 partitions and the rest as one 38gig partition running
Win98se. I'd like to be able to choose to boot to either the Win3.1 or
the Win98. Can this be done? How?
