<CT> Beta (bug?)

Hi all,
I have the latest beta and I have a small problem. When I have a folder on my
start menu and I click on it, sometimes it opens as normal, but usually it
opens minimised down on the task bar and when I click on it nothing happens. I
have to right-click -> maximise it OR minimise it THEN click on it as normal.
Some folders seem to work ok, while others don't. I've tried changing all the
settings in the startmenu dialogue (for each folder) but to no avail. What is
wrong with my system? Can anyone help me out?
