[bvipilots] Windows 7 speech recognition problem

Hi all,
Going to post this on the IYP forum as well. Have done some searching also on
the net, but I haven't found any solution as of yet.
I am using the Swedish version of Windows 7 Professional and when I open up the
speech recognition I get a message telling me that that it's not supported in
the current display language.
I also read that it's only available in English and some other languages also,
but I ran it on my earlier Windows XP without any problems and it was in
Swedish.
Any thoughts?
Also, the display language cannot be changed under Windows 7 Professional.
