Hi Tony,

I have a question. In STEP 14, where you said (presumably from memory)

14. **When she’s done what she needs to, she’ll let you know, and give
you some instructions about loading the flight.

is it possible for BVI members to actually read these instructions wuth
their readers, or do I need to have Michelle read it to the user?

The reason I'm asking, is because some BVI users have stated they are
having trouble understanding how to load IYP-VA flights.

Please advise.

Thanks a lot Tony.

Robert
