Yes, that does happen if fuel gets too low. IYP will add fuel automatically.

Subject: [bvipilots] Loading fuel while in flight?
Hi all,
My question is not whether this could be done, but I'm trying to find out why
my Southwest flight reports are being held because of "Fuel was loaded while in
flight" is the reason they keep giving.
I tell IYP to perform fuel loading operations after starting the pre-flight
checklist if needed, turn on the parking breaks, and then take the leg in SWA
Acars.
If the fuel is already loaded, why do my flights keep getting held for that
reason? Is it because simulator is adding more fuel during flight?
Thanks all.
