Robert, I have cleared the browser cache, and I have uninstalled IYP
through programs and features, but it left a whole lot of IYP files in
my FSX folder. Should I delete those manually before reinstall? Just
wondering if Michelle needs a fresh install. Maybe if she downloads
the files, she'll be happy again. The only file I might keep is the
IYP user config file, since it contains all of my settings and
registration key. Trying to input that registration key is not easy
with Jaws, especially since FSX does something funky to my display and
causes JFW to have trouble reading things.
