[bvipilots] Getting Runtime Error 713 when I try to load a flight plan with RC4

Anyone have the msstdfmt.dll and can e-mail a copy to me? RC4 is throwing
up Runtime Error 713 when I try to load a flight plan, and I cannot find a
good copy of this dll anywhere.
