Declan, you will get passengers on the bigger aircraft that support
them, the smallest aircraft you will see passengers on is I think the
cessna 208 B grand caravan.
For your second question, you can hit CTRL plus windows to mute speach
recognition and unmute it again, dont forget unmuting it if you have to
issue a command to your FO or the ATC.
