[bvipilots] FsHost

I recently installed Fs Host, and the one thing I am confused about is where
to put the IP address and Port number.  I followed the instructions, but I
still have an issue connecting.  Could someone tell me where they put the IP
address and port number?  I mean under what tab in Options.
