Hi Tony,
I got the message about the full release of IYP. I started the sim and IYP to
see if I could do an automatic update, but it was no go. I then went into the
control panel and tried to roll back the program to see if that would cause
this to happen. Still no go! So I went to the main install page of IYP and
tried to update it there, and I was taken to the page as if I was a new user.
I inquired with Robert, and went back and reread the install instructions. I
then went back and hit the install button on the install page. I submitted my
e-mail address and got a message that a temp code was given to me to access the
download page. But when I checked my mail, there was no code.
I am concerned that when I removed the program that all recognition of me was
lost. Could you please tell me as a blind pilot what you did? Maybe I am
missing something. I am sure it is not IYP but something so simple. Yet I am
not seeing it.
I thank you and appreciate the help.

Best,
Adam

  Hi Captains

The only known issue I'm aware of is IYP VA, which Robert is looking in to.

I've flown the test flights exhaustively, and could find no issues.

Happy flying and thanks for all Robert, the new ATC is a real boon.

Should the opportunity arise again to participate in a Beta testing cycle,
I'd be delighted so to do.
