[bvipilots] Execution Error 1036 with IYP and Text to speech

Hello Everyone,
I am using Microsoft flight simulator FX running the latest version of IYP.
I have windows 7 32bit system with 3gigs of ram and I keep getting the error
and no one
Can seem to figure out my problem and I was wondering if anyone has a
solution or has been experiencing the same issue!
I am using the Cessna 172 sky hawk trainer
And this is the error:
Execution error: 1036- 2147200964
An error has incurred while trying to start text to speech Engine please go
to our support forem and report this incident!
Can anyone help to resolve this issue!
I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall all of IYP's files and no
fix!
