Hi Kevin.
If you have a few flights and a few landings under your belt, then do the
following:
1. use the voice command deactivate auto landing.
The landing is now up to you.
2. When your co pilot mike or Michelle asks if you want them to assist you for
landing, tell them no or anything like no.
The plane is yours.
Butcheck out the IYP manual for BVI pilots and also check out the Flight deck
handbook for BVI Pilots.
Then one last item for advice, check out the IYP you tube videos.
Robert has some landing you tube videos for BVI Pilots.
But not sure if he has any manual landings or not.
Glad to see that this list isn’t dead after all. GRIN.

Hi,
As you know, with IYP, Mike or Michelle will usually land your aircraft for
you. Is it possible, if you know what you're doing, that you could do it on
your own? Or does that require some site. Sometimes, I do wish I had some site
so I could check out some of the panels that IYP can't read, so you can check
out some other stuff in the aircraft. I did, actually, while going to see my
girlfriend in March, get a chance to see a cockpit of an aircraft for a brief
period, and it was very interesting to briefly look at.
