Hello Ron.
Regarding: drop the we'll be landing shortly announcement back to about
three to say maybe five minutes before the ATC tells us to descend.
These announcements are completely asynchronous and vary from airport to
airport. There's no possible way to correlate ATC and IYP announcements.
