It would be helpful if parents could return the attached slip for each child to the school office no later than Tuesday 25 March. Appointments can only be given if forms are returned. Easter Event and PTA Easter Egg Tombola This year our open Easter Event has a DT focus, each class taking a different focus in their DT work; some cooking, some textiles, some wood construction etc. All parents are invited to attend to see their child?s work. During the event the PTA are running a Chocolate Easter Egg Tombola. Thank you to everyone who sent in Easter Eggs on our non-uniform day. Holiday Club (Broad Oak Care Club) ? 7th April to 11th April 2008 Once again, due to popular demand, the Care Club is running a holiday club for the forthcoming holiday. The club will run from 9.00am ? 4.00pm each day and will cost £14.00 per child per day. A packed lunch will be needed. Places will be limited so it is important that you book your child?s place as soon as possible. Please complete the slip below and return it with full payment by Wednesday 2nd April 08. Please stipulate which days you require and for how many children. Booking slips need to be returned with payment. Come along and join our wonderful team Supervisor Alison and Assistants Kelly and Dan for many hours of magical fun. Trip to Park weather permitting. * Tuesday: Laptops - Cinema Afternoon, crisps and popcorn. * Wednesday: Egg and Spoon race ? Obstacle course and Face painting. * Thursday: Trip (AM ? must arrive 9.00am prompt) to Chiquito Restaurant for activities and snack. * Friday: All Day Bouncy Castle, Birds nest cakes and more fun with Laptops. This takes the number of staff in school and Care Club to six accredited drivers. The school and Care Club continue to be committed to your child?s safety and wellbeing. This accreditation, whilst not compulsory, reassures parents that the staff who drive minibuses have been externally assessed.
