[Bristol-Birds] tiny Boone Lake rookery active

The tiny nesting colony of Great Blue Herons I discovered in late May 2007
on Boone Lake in Sullivan, Co., TN is again active.

To the best of my knowledge, it is the first known rookery of Great Blues found 
on Boone Lake.

On Wed., April 16, I could see what appeared to be at least three active nests
with birds on them.

They are located on a small island south of the mouth of Muddy 
Creek, off the tip of Wagner Bend, near TVA Point 9, between South Fork Holston 
River mile point 25 and 26.  This is downstream of DeVault Bridge.
