This forwarded message is from Teta Kain who has spent a lifetime leading the
Virginia Society of Ornithology and decades heading up the state meeting
selection process for VSO. She is the individual who asked the Bristol Bird
Club if we would be willing to assist them in figuring out how to have a joint
meeting with the Tennessee Ornithological Society. BBC assured her we would
take care of doing that.

Hi Wallace,
Finally have alit long enough to drop you a note and tell you how great the
annual meeting was. As far as I could see everything went smooth as silk.
That's the best conference center we've ever had for a meeting. I loved
everything being right in one area. No hunting or running around trying to get
from one event to another. You and Dave Worley certainly had everything in hand
from A to Z. Again, thanks for a wonderful weekend.
