At 7:30 this morning I was driving west out of Johnson City on Cherokee Rd. between Buncomb Hill Rd. and Charlie Hicks Rd. and saw to my left out of the corner of my eye about six large white birds with black near the back flying in a vee. They swerved and appeared to be heading in for a landing in the field there. If someone is birding in the area today you might have a chance to find them. My best guess was Snow or Ross' Geese.
