[Bristol-Birds] historic kite record in Lee County, VA

I failed to mention that there is a 19 Aug 1996 fall record from Lee Co.
Va which was reported on the internet by a New York birder named
Henry Turner who was passing through the county and saw the bird
on US 58 highway about 2.5 miles east of the intersection with highway
US 421 at Dot, VA.
