Made a couple of stops on my way back to Nashville from Johnson City. Ran into Darrel Wilder at Bridge Burner Blvd where we saw pecs and yellowlegs but no golden plovers. Also had a Bonaparte's gull in the flood field. At Rankin there were 7 Dunlin along with about 25 Least sandpiper, a few pecs, and a couple Greater yellowlegs. Nice to see folks at the Bristol Bird club meeting. Location: Wal-Mart Distribution Center Observation date: 3/17/10 Notes: Ran into Darrel Wilder from JC.
