[Bristol-Birds] Red tail in awe

On the ETSU campus this noon, students were treated to a
Red-tail Hawk perched at the bottom of the student center
ramp. I shan't repeat some of their comments, but we had
several students who stopped long enough to catch him in
flight, a very spectacular sight.
