bristol bird club meets Tuesday, Aug 17
Aa city planner for the city of
Kingsport will be on hand at
the BBC to discuss what the
city has underway to replace
eventually lost habitat from
the city's destruction of the
Meadowview wetlands.
BBC will have a Dutch dinner at the Mad Greek Restaurant
on the Volunteer Parkway at 6 p.m. and then move to the Bristol
Public Library on Piedmont St in Bristol Virginia for the club's
program and to hear the planner. The program starts at 7:30 p.m.
and is open to everyone. There will also be a brief report on
the BBC planning progress for the 2012 joint VSO / TOS state
meeting being sponsored and conducted here by our club.
