[Bristol-Birds] Green Heron, Virginia Rail

Spent a few minutes along the S. Fork Holston River on Netherland Inn Road in 
Kingsport this morning (April 10) and had my FOS Green Heron.  Also, while 
taking video of Red-winged Blackbirds in Meadowview Marsh in Kingsport, I heard 
a Virginia Rail calling from the cattails.
