[Bristol-Birds] Field Trip Schedule Update

I have made a couple of minor adjustments in the BBC Field Trip List. After
cancelling today's field trip to South Holston Lake, I will be reschduling that
trip to either 2/27 or 3/6. Let me know of any preferences.
The Great Backyard Bird Counts are scheduled nationally for this weekend. The
dates are 2/12 - 2/15. Count species and numbers just like the Christmas
Counts. It is run by the National Audubon Society, Cornell Laboratory of
Ornithology and Bird Studies Canada. Choose your own site and bird it! Send
species and numbers seen to www.birdcount.org . I do the same ares each year
for my own info on local populations. I do my own yard and some adjacent
areas, the Meadowview Golf Course, and the South Holston River and Sluice from
Wilcox Drive to the Rotherwood Estates. If you wish to join me in one or more
of my areas, I will post the where and when tomorrow.
I am changing the date of one of the Woodcock Watches so that they both are not
on a Thrusday evening. The one on 2/11 will remain on that date. I am moving
the one on 2/18 to Friday, February 19 (5:30 - 7:30) .
