Wallace Thanks for your response to my post. The Cattle Egret stayed with us all day. The cows finally became accustomed to the bird and stopped running at him. When last seen they were peacefully sharing the pasture near the road(rt631) about 250 ft from the road. I managed to get some fairly decent video of the bird so at least it is documented.
